The driver of this vehicle should be sentenced to watch this performance a thousand times & to write a 1,000 word essay after each viewing on how incompetent a driver she/he. Then to be sure it is not forgotten, take a driving test each month.
Of course this would follow multiple acts of random vandalism to her/his own vehicle
