This is very devastating to this beautiful town.  I heard from my aunt that lives there that they need the very basic, such as canned food and bottled water.  My cousin set out to Parral this week.  He took  food and water.  Not all of Parral was underwater, just the low lying areas (which is most of the town).  The rain keeps falling and now the homes that are made out of adobe are soaked and cannot take anymore downpour.  These Parralenses don't have insurance and alot of them don't make enough money to rebuild.
