The Major of Hidalgo del Parral Chihuahua, Oscar Gonzalez Luna officially announced the death of two persons and no report of missing ones, the first report of affected persons due to the overflowing of the " El Alamillo" river will be ready tonight.
El alcalde de Hidalgo del Parral Chihuahua, Oscar González Luna señala que oficialmente hay dos muertos y no se registran personas desaparecidas y que esperan esta misma noche tener listo en primer padrón de damnificados luego de que el arroyo “El Alamillo” se saliera de su cause generando gras destrucción a su paso.

My mother-in-law and other family members of my husband live in Parral Mx and we have not been able to talk to them! How could we find out if our family members are OK?
