We took one of our own ducks that we slaughtered last weekend to our favorite Chinese restaurant in town. (We also took one for the chef and owner to have as well.)
They only charged us $10 to prepare it for us as three-course Peking Duck. Oh my was it tasty. This is the exact reason I wanted to raise ducks. Guilt-free grass fed yummy duck.
Aaron, Kelley, Frank and myself all loved it, and one duck fed us all, though we did have some sushi as an appetizer. We shouldn't have, though. Not necessary, too much food, and a bit of a distraction from the divineness that was this duck dish.
