We purchased the panel & pump set on-line from Silicon Solar Inc:

The "build" appears excellent. That's an extruded aluminum frame around the collector. Non-glare glass covers the array of cells. Nice and heavy, sturdy. There is a control module on the back side, which metes out the power properly as it's collected. I installed the unit atop the 90% shade-cloth system that covers the koi pond, where there is no chance of shade at any time during the day.
The pump, while tiny, serves well enough for this little fountain, the purpose of which is to make a nice trickling sound. Too much volume would just splash out of the pond.
