Heading home from a Geocaching event in Clarington, we meandered off the highway and down to the shore of Lake Ontario in Pickering, to a place called "Millenium Park". Yes, there was a geocache here, but the real attraction was getting in close to the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station with cameras, at night.

I fully intended to grab an HDR shot here as my night HDR shots have been turning out well. This photo was a combination of seven exposures bracketed on +- 5EV, +- 3EV, +- 1EV and as metred. The white balance was set to incandescent which makes me wonder what they're using on the plant. I didn't correct that colour, as I like the effect of the warm glow over the plant.

The area was a bit foggy, but again, I like the effect. All the foreground light is cast from a VERY well lit trail off to the left. One day I will come back here and see how far down the trail I can wander for perhaps a better photo.
