Well, you're probably going to embark on probably my most favorite part of the trip and some of the best pictures I've ever taken in my life...although that's not saying much for the pictures.

My favorite part of the trip was all of the time we spent in the UP, the reason was because I got to spend the most amount of time around Lake Superior on this part of the trip. I love the Great Lakes, I love everything about them, and I could never see myself living too far away from at least one of them. I've never lived more than 50 miles or so from either Lake Erie or Lake Michigan, and to see Lake Superior for the first time ever was such a treat for me.

Anyway, enough rambling, onto the pictures. By the way, I only know the name of the rocks in this picture because Google Earth is the coolest thing ever. These pictures were taken at a random stop on the road, we were just driving and all of a sudden my mom's truck pulls over so they could get out and walk along the beach. I remember exactly where we stopped on the road thanks to a good memory and some quick notes, I was able to tag these pretty accurately.
