Nothing makes me angrier than to find discarded plastic bags hanging from a tree. Here are several photos of plastic bags that I have found over the past two years.

Don't take plastic bags from the store. Bring your own. This is the hardest thing for me to remember because I don't put reusable bags back in the car when I empty them.

Dispose of bags properly. Any plastic bags we wind up with are used for cat litter or garbage.
