'Practically Green' (in Chicago), Butte Creek and other Eco-Friendly Beers

Since I started Tuesday is Green Day my focus has been on baby steps that each of us can take to improve things.
It's only natural then for me to mention Practically Green written by Supriya Doshi who describes her experience as "Livin' the green life isn't easy--especially when you're like me, living in the city without a lot of money, space or time. But that doesn't mean it's impossible".
