America Children in Honors Programs, or taking IB classes-that their parents have directed them towards, are viewed as motivated, ambitious by school officials. The rest of the Children are viewed as lazy; not ambitious.As long as the State schools gets Federal money for each head, no other energy expended. Only President Obama has told them the keys to success.He has taught them, counseled them, and by doing so showed faith in their dreams and abilities- something to be worked, shaped, molded.He actually cared about ALL the Students. His speech should become tradition -listened to at the beginning of every school year; and a copy of his words handed out with every graduation diploma.
