Tropical Storm Isaac Approaches Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands
Tropical Storm Isaac is hitting the Lesser Antilles. Isaac is packing 45mph winds, and moving westward towards Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, and is expected to reach Cuba. You can see a map of Tropical Storm Isaac's projected path below.
Tropical Storm Isaac could become Hurricane Isaac by August 23.
A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for:
- Martinique
- Dominica
- Guadeloupe & the surrounding Islands
- St. Martin
- St. Kitts & Nevis, Antigua, Barbuda, Montserrat, Anguilla
- Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Maarten

This technology could be used to end drought and mitigate the effects of dangerous weather systems; instead it is being used as a weapon of torture, enslavement and slow-kill murder.
