VETERAN JOURNALIST: U.S. HAS HIGH TECH THAT CAN UNLEASH, OR TAME, THE WEATHER -- WHY ISN'T THIS POWER BEING USED FOR GOOD?

The U.S. government possesses scalar electromagnetic technology that allows Homeland-military-intel to "alter atmospheric conditions," according to U.S. patent 7629918, held by Raytheon, for the "multifunctional radio frequency directed energy weapon system," which, this veteran mainstream journalist has reported, is deployed on cell towers nationwide and is being criminally used to silently assault, torture, impair and harm Americans extrajudicially targeted by government and military contractor ideologues and hate-mongers as "dissidents," "undesirables" or "pre-criminals." This technology could be used to end drought and mitigate the effects of dangerous weather systems; instead it is being used as a weapon of torture, enslavement and slow-kill murder.

For those who are not aware that the U.S. military has been working for years on weather modification as a weapon of war, please read this U.S. Air Force white paper from 1996; it may open your eyes to what could be happening today:
