"We are very thankful to NGOs grouped in the Civil Society Forum (SCF) for their inputs and suggestions. We will consider the inputs and suggestions in making proposals for reduction of CO2 emissions," he said here on Thursday.
He said he would ask developed nations which had emitted carbon dioxide to reduce their carbon emissions.
"Our country whose forests function as carbon absorbers deserves compensation to save the forests. We ask activists to assist us in voicing Indonesia`s interest in the eyes of the world community," he said.
