This is the Rock-Tenn plant in St. Paul, which has been the recipient of a lot of negative environmental attention lately. I took a tour of their facility about a year ago, and it was really cool inside. The workers are all union and get paid nearly $20/hour, which is great for this type of facility. A lot of the staff has worked their for 40-50 years. Sure, they pollute, but they're also a recycling plant, so they are reusing a lot of material. I'm not going to speak my mind here about Rock-Tenn's plans, but I just thought this picture is a bit disgusting. Also, if you look at the map link below, check out how close this is to a bunch of houses in St. Anthony Park.
