I spent a few days reading a very detailed manual on how anyone can convert their car to run on water kinda similar to a hybrid car running mostly on electric. It is very simple and easy to install. I am not trying to sell anything, but if you had the secret to teach people how to run their vehicle on water wouldn't you want to share that?
