Sand. A natural cure for stress?
Sand has a way of making you feel relaxed and carefree. Sand helps all your troubles disappear for a period of time. Sand lets you refocus on the positive things in your life. Walking on a sandy beach for example, you can tune out and forget all that negative energy that has been eating away at you. When walking on the sand you become one with your surroundings. On the sand we come to the realization we are all like little particles of sand in this big universe we share with others. Patterns in the sand created by the elements are nature's masterpieces. A good walk in the sand makes us feel alive and like children once again. On the sand we have the time to reflect about the people we have known throughout our lives. Places we have been. And things that we have done.
Sand is free to enjoy.
The only down side to sand is that it always gets in between your toes when you walk on it.
