Mysteries of the Deep Sea -The deep sea is one of the harshest habitats on Earth, but is home to many remarkable creatures. Learn more in our comprehensive special report  (New Scientist.com news service.)
In one of the world's deepest ocean trenches, scientists have found highly social groups of fish. They are living nearly five miles beneath the surface of the Pacific Ocean
These fish can withstand enormous amounts of pressure living this deep under the sea. They were discovered by a device that can roam the ocean.
A mars rover of the sea.An automated sub, capable of finding creatures we never knew about.

This is fascinating.

I admire these creatures that are able to withstand these conditions and continue to thrive.
On a personal note; There are so many reasons why we should take better care of this planet.
The ocean is our source of life and our playground. While were here, lets keep it clean safe and out of harms way from pollutants, noise,or harm. let it remain to be a wonderfully beautiful mystery we continue to discover and enjoy.

There is a video showing what this fish looks like.
