Sea Shepherd Peter Bethune's wife talks about his trail

Bethune wanted to be arrested and he got his wish neither he nor his supporters have anything to cry about he knowingly broke the law trying to serve his warrant. NZ law may allow their citizens to make citizen's arrests but that right ends on foreign soil and that is what a Japanese flagged ship is. Japan enacted a law to address detaining illegal boarders after the SSCS put two members on a Japanese ship a few years ago. The SSCS was well aware of this law they even spoke about it on their website when it happened.BTW you might want to change your title I think you meant trial instead of trail.
