A settled existence | Photo 02

This man has been living in what used to be Chinatown for years. He has a settled existence.I took this picture since it shows how traders have shops that they sit in rather than bigger places where they could stand!  Its like a big cupboard, but perfectly adequate to make a small living from.  There are many examples of this in these more permanent parts of neighbourhoods.  Such a pity that planners don't bother to see for themselves how people live and what really works for them!
