When every nation starts growing and developing, the first thing that comes to the mind of the nation’s leaders is developing nuclear weapon which is a risk to the world. Why is that? Is it as means of risk management? Why not development be geared to further development that brings about a better world?

Except Japan, nations starting development immediately projects the development of nuclear weapon, USA, Russia, China, India, Europeans, etc. Why not nations deploy their surplus to restoring the world which is moving toward an environment dangerous for human beings to live in? Why not deploy their surplus for up keeping bio-diversities? Even why they deploy their surplus search for new space (planets) where man can live?

If the UN is wise, it must reward Japan which is against technology that risks human life. This may encourage other upcoming developing countries not to think of such disastrous technologies. In my side, I rewarded Japan a Nobel Prize!!!
