TruemorsGoing up!!! Today was the launch of the shuttle Endeavor 7/15/09. It was like delayed the last time because of the weather, but luckily my family and I drove out today and it was perfect to launch. We were at this park exactly across the strait to where the Kennedy Space Center is. So I took this about like 30 seconds after takeoff. It was amazing it was the first time I had seen a shuttle launch live for all this time I have lived in Florida. But it was well worth it!

It was my first time seeing the takeoff of a shuttle up close and personal. It was a breathtaking moment.
