This broth recipe is simplified (and takes much less time) by using some store-bought chicken stock (in this case, Pacfic Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth) to cook the vegetables and chicken in. This way, I could get the flavor I needed in just 45 minutes of cooking. Yes, it's cheating, I suppose, but the flavor of this gravy was the best I have made. Or had, for that matter.
