I think you should rename it because the title is misleading. Japanese people often wear masks. The most common reasons are to prevent others from catching their cold and to prevent themselves from inhaling cedar pollen in the spring. Many Japanese have an allergy to cedar pollen. I have never heard of a Japanese who wore a mask to protect themselves from air pollution.
