Snow bird on a snow pile

You know your bird count is going badly when you get so excited about finding a single Junco!

I-P-S and I were looking for something exciting in the fir trees when we found this lone Junco at the yacht club-since it was a first Junco for the day at least we could another species to the count.

Our totals were pretty low 42 species and we were kindof depressed-though later when hearing the other tallies the highest amount at that time was 46 (which probably changed) so maybe we weren't so bad

We had the only Double Crested Cormorant this one who seems to be injured and cannot fly-which is why he's still hanging around
