This is very unusual behavior
for a squirrel. Maybe it was a
territorial dispute or maybe
the squirrel had young and
felt the bat was a threat to
them.
That squirrel may need a good
lawyer.
"Both wings were broken at pretty much the same place on the same side and the side of the head was fractured," he explains.
