RADIO ARTE HELPS LATINO YOUTH
Starbuck's Coffee Company recently helped support Radio Arte, wrte, a Latino Radio station located in Chicago, IL. It's Radio Without Borders program helps upcoming news broadcasters to get involved in local issues that helps voice Latino issues such as immigration rights. Starbucks support has helped 60 youth enter the Radio Without Borders broadcasting program, which trains and allows them to broadcast Latino related issues that touch their lives and their communities. Starbucks Youth Action grants help youth get involved and make a difference in their communities.

Starbuck's support of Radio Without Borders is part of their Share the Planet, which seeks to make the world a better place thru its employees and its support of local issues that make a difference in peoples lives. It helps engage the community in meaningful activities, which change the world. Their Youth Action program invites and engages youth in meaningful ways to make a difference in their communities.
Radio ARTE has several main sponsors such as : National Museum of Mexican Art, Corporation for Public Broadcasting, McCormick Foundation, After School Matters, The Joyce Foundation, among others.
