Don't call 911 to ask about smoke billowing over San Fernando Valley, fire officials say: "Too many people are calling 911 asking questions about the smoke billowing over the San Fernando Valley, and the Los Angeles Fire Department is asking residents to stop calling that number unless there is an emergency. I didn't run and call 911 when I saw the huge plumes of smoke. I ran inside, got my camera and took pictures. :-)
