Strange Cloud Hangs Over Moscow City: Cloud Formation Pollution?

The strange cloud realy looks strange and a lot of science can apply, alot of discussion can spark and theories applied.Much as this could be seen as nothing to worry about, it must not be ignored!Govts which have money, let them spend and try to find the cause and just get to the bottom of this formation. Did the Americans study and analyse the effects of bombing the moon? What happened after wards, and the plume...? Indeed nothing is speciall about the cloud, but we all ahve to realise that this is rather strange. How did it form? Am not a scientist but i know that there is Global warming problem, and this must just be the reasons govts should spend to get to the bottom of this formation!

Humm... strange it is... yes. But... think about this... we have never seen this kind of things before right? Hummm so why is it happening now? It could be man made. To see how people react etc etc. Make us believe its aliens etc.. put fear into us.... doubt. Or is it just happening cuss of pollution and the sun heating up etc.... Or its just signs in the sky... as simple as that... no need to find out where they come from or how they where made. What we should know is that... we are living on the end of this age... And those are signs in the sky.... man made, or alien made or made by beings from another dimension that are helping us find our way back home.  So to all of you non believers.... wake up!! get conscious! Meditate! Know we are all one! Unite and help each other! All we need is Love! but not passive love... we need Love in action! That means do something! get out there and shear that loving! Through us Love can express itself and give to all! And to those who think Love is a weak thing, or a thing for wussies.... think again... cuss Love is the most powerful force in the Universe! If you cant handle it... well... who's the wussy now? ;O)

i complete agree and believe that messing with the moons nature will have adverse affects on the earth. the moon controls our tides and the weather.  who knows the long term effects of these over eager scientists "research"

I am very tired of hearing scientific or weather related reasons why such a phenomenon would ever exist. Let the public think for themselves.  In most cases, scientific answers are provided because there is no physical evidence to support other reasons for such phenomenons.  So far all we've read and heard is that this cloud exists because of weather patterns...but if this is the case then please prove it to us by providing hard physical and truthful evidence.   The people of the world are repeatedly brainwashed into think that we are the only species existing in the Universe--even when so many on a global scale have seen things called unidentifiable flying objects.  How can so many people be wrong?   It's time for an awakening.

I am honestly disturbed by some of these post. There really are some crazies out there. I do not know what the deal was with the sky that day in Moscow. If there is some real science to explain I would love to hear it. The explanation given by the scientists in Moscow is the biggest load of BS I've heard in a long time. "Some air fronts and the sun setting in the west made this optical effect". Is that seriously the best they could do. The sun sets in the west every F-in day. I'm sorry it I don't need to be a meteorologists to know that mixtures of air and sunlight simply do not create a ring in the clouds. Part of the problem is that this whole event is be accessed wrong from the start. There is not a weird cloud in the sky. There is the sky covered up by one giant cloud and there is a ring of light and space in the cloud. You could argue that there is essentially two clouds because the separation created by the ring makes the cloud in the middle its own cloud. Did all the clouds move in around one cloud leaving a ring of space around it? Or, did the ring form in what was once a solid cloud? It is nothing like the movie Independence Day in any way shape or form. Thats just stupid. A round ring of light and space in a cloud is in no way similar to a big round spacecraft floating over a city. I would be surprised if this cloud was in someway a sign of the end of the world or existence in the form we know it. If the world as we know it is gonna end, I wanna be around to experience it and try to survive it! It would be the climax in our existence.

is this real?i don't know. i hope it is and not a fake. there are peaople who take the ufo subject for real. I am one who believes in ufos because i seen one hang over a wooded area where i live. it was the brighteset light i have ever seen. anyway about the video, why do it appear that the sky is the only thing bouncing and not the entire video. if it is real then this may be a ufo hiding in the clouds but showing shape, a perfect circle. ufo sightings are occuring more and more often, these are signs of something dark and evil coming soon. if ufos are real then it needs to be disclosed to the public. it is only a matter of time when there will be a sighting that the government can not lie about.

HAHA global warming eh? Does "global warming" explain the arctic front we're getting here on the BC coast? I'd strongly disagree that there is anything warm about it. Global warming, el nino, all of the crap we're spoon fed as the years pass. Remember Y2K. I blame it on climate change. Nature has its own reset button, no matter what crzy theories or beliefs we conjure up. Nieve to think out of thousands of galaxies our planet is the ONLY one that can sustain life, especially given the facts that we haven`t even unlocked all the secrets of our own solar system yet. But it just gets so much easier to understand nature when we fill in the blanks, no matter what we put into them right. And though we seem to throw around the idea of a ``ufo`` at any given opportuity, the idea of life on other planets still blows our minds. Get real guys, don`t they teach you anything in science class these days. Look up strange cloud formations on google. I see nothing here but a simple, and beautiful, natural occurance. Lets enjoy the view while we have it, and panic only when it becomes clear its up to no good eh.
