Strange UFO Cloud Over Romania: Similar to Moscow (Video)

A strange UFO cloud formation has now been spotted over Romania, and it is like the cloud formation that was witnessesd in Moscow not long ago.

This flying saucer shaped cloud could resemble a UFO, although meterologists said that the cloud formation in Moscow was just an optical effect, but many say that the appearance of two sets of clouds in such a short time in different places is just too much of a coincidence.

Some say it's an alien invasion.

"Run the two videos and put them beside each other... It's very strange... are they here?" commented a user named Raginswirler.

The two clips appear to show a formation known as a "fallstreak hole", which occurs when moisture in the air cools below 0C but is unable to turn into ice.

The ice can come plunging down to earth and leave these holes in the clouds. As the sun is so low in the sky over these places as well that is what gives it the errie lighting effect.
