SUPERSTORM SANDY SHOULD CAUSE PAUCITY IN ROMNEY VOTES

A recent article on OpedNews.com suggests the real reason for the occurrence of storm Sandy is an unfettered climate warming caused by burning of fossil fuels. I recently wrote an article on NowPublic.com which was also posted as a diary on Opednews.com suggesting that Sandy, as an act of God, was time and location targeted to fulfill a dire warning given to me in an epiphany on May 8, 1937.

In that experience I was warned about the future quest for empire of the priesthood of the Mormon Church. The serious part of the warning was the words understood to be from God, “It is an evil I will not allow to happen!” I have interpreted that to mean that God would not allow the election of Mormon High Priest Mitt Romney to the U.S. Presidency.

Generally speaking, an act of God is regarded as being beyond human action to control and therefore excusable as to the element of damages in its event. An example would be my neighbor’s tree was blown down by an unusual storm resulting in damage to the roof of my house. That means that no one can be sued and no money damages can be awarded because it was an ‘act of God’. That is one of the reasons we have homeowner’s insurance.

In the case of Sandy I am not so sure that damages would not be awarded based on the concept that New Jersey governor Chris Christie was the first public official to endorse the Candidacy of Mitt Romney for U.S. president. That endorsement flew entirely against the grain of the quoted words of God, “It is an evil I will not allow to happen!”  The consequences of an act of God demonstrated against a fair citizen election of the next president if given advance notice to the responsible parties and ignored would likely give rise to claims for damages.

In the referenced article I named several occasions in which warnings against the Mormon Priesthood aspiration for the office of the presidency was given. My duty ended [or least I had hoped it would] with posting those warnings.

It is not an issue of the actual credibility of the source of these warnings but rather the credibility of the warning post prolem suscitatam [after issue raised]. In this matter the warnings themselves.

Now in the present issue those who have been warned include the White House, the Department of Defense, the Justice Department, The Republican National Committee, the Democratic national Committee, The President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints i.e., Thomas Sterling Monson, Willard Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, and many others including but not limited to the national media. 

In connection with those responsible for damages, while insurance policies may cover losses, those insurance agencies may well have a cause of action against all persons and entities that ignored the warnings.

A defense that will be raised of course is/was there a duty to acknowledge or respond to warnings given which were not specific in detail as to the precise elements or nature of the warnings. The words transmitted were, “It is an evil I will not allow to happen”.  

To that the prosecution would properly address the need for specifics in the warning when the quoted words should have invoked an investigation of the allegation itself based upon the issue I. e. Mormon Empire, knowing full well that in the course of religious history a general condemnation of specific conduct has never required explicitness of God, all knowing and all powerful, as to what He will or can do to bring to the attention of his created human beings that He, not they, will prevail.

Among all of the liable defendants, the Mormon Prophet, Thomas Sterling Monson, stands out as the prime defendant in that he is regarded to be in touch daily with God. His failure to investigate the warning i.e. “It is an evil I will not allow to happen” , which he has been documented to have received, places him in a periled position.

I have posited the notion that New Jersey Governor Christ Christie having received the general warning in a letter in 2011 which he ignored is on the forefront of liability for damages that occurred in his state of New Jersey. That liability was extended because he was the first public figure to endorse High Priest Mitt Romney to the office of President of the United States.

At this point I have to wake up! The Supreme Court opens with prayers of pastors; as does the Congress. So while in officialdom there is recognition of God and an expression of subordination; that America is one nation under God, it isn’t really meant; it is just lip service especially when money damages for failure to do the will of God are denied because the will of God is non-provable. America needs to wake up as well and get off the “in God we trust wagon!”

Even at this moment there is a chance that the same areas ravaged by Sandy may be hit again by a severe “Nor’easter that will do additional damage and could hit as soon as Election Day.  But there isn’t anything we can do about that.

But there is one thing that we could do right that would have the grace of God shining upon us and that has to do with the suffering of the victims of Super-storm Sandy and their dispossession of property and residence. We should not expect them to be in a balanced state to even vote in two days for the officers of the Republic.

The horrendous destruction of the Eastern States and especially New York and New Jersey has caused me this day to initiate a national petition to President Barrack Obama to postpone the National elections. The actual wording is below:

 "Fairness of the election process in light of the debilitating destruction of the eastern states of the United States caused by superstorm Sandy." That's why I created a petition to President Barack Obama, which says:

"Mr. President, we the people petition that you postpone the National elections for a period of time to allow citizens in the Eastern States to stabilize their conditions before voting so that a true sentiment is represented."
