Sustainable Sushi in Vancouver

We're organizing our consumer power to make one sushi restaurant in the West End more environmentally friendly! We're asking YOU to eat sushi on Nov 20th at SUSHI WORLD BENTO EXPRESS because they have made the biggest commitment to the environment and providing sustainable options - 31% of revenue from November 20th will go directly to the restaurant's "greening" efforts.

Sushi Bento Express will be using tools and resources from the Green Table Network to make sure they green their restaurant and put our money to the best use. Take-out containers, cleaning supplies, packaging, energy efficiency, etc are all up for changes!

JOIN THE MOB ON NOVEMBER 20th.
We'll be there all day, but the real party is between 6pm and 9pm - LIVE MUSIC AND PRIZES!

Bring cash and your own take-out containers!

What about the more important issue. Do they serve fish caught in an unsustainable way (as most sushi places do) or only Oceanwise approved fish? That will determine if I support this initiative.
