Tea with lemon is my favourite. I can take up to 3 cups of it everyday. Normally I choose to have take away from the convenience store, OK (Circle K), a local competitor to 7-Eleven here in Hong Kong. If I am to record my life, tea should be the one I should take photo of.

The use of one-time-use stuff like paper cups, in the long run, harm the Earth. I hope there could be technology or materials reducing waste and reuse of resources on the Earth.
