Five people were injured in a tornado that arrived in Pike County, Ohio, on Saturday, July 11. All have been hospitalised, though the extent of injuries sustained is unclear.
According to Pike County Emergency Management officials, the tornado entered the county at 4:15pm in Buchanan, east of Cincinnati, destroying at least three mobile homes.
Some roads are closed in Pike County, and utilities are working to restore power that went out during the storm. The Red Cross has set up an emergency shelter.
