Eyewitness Video: Tornado Rips Through Navarro County, Rice, Texas
A tornado tore through Rice, Texas in Navarro County on Sunday, fortunately there were only a few minor injuries.

Winds toppled four rail cars before moving east, where it stripped the roof off a school gymnasium.

"This building's only been in service for nine weeks," said Rice School District Police Chief Scott Dyson, who was on the scene moments after the tornado came through.

Dyson said three people who were in cars on a nearby highway were treated for minor injuries.

The Rice, Texas Tornado video was captured by Eric Myers, an emergency management co-ordinator in Navarro County. Myers can be hear on the video tape saying "we are in the tornado, we are in the tornado."
