1,400 tonnes of toxic waste was found three Brazilian ports. The discovery alarmed the authority and they demanded the take back of the 65 containers as such act violates an international treaty on the movement of hazardous waste.

Police in Brazil are investigating how 1,400 tonnes of British hazardous waste, including nappies, condoms and toilet seats, ended up rotting in three Brazilian ports.
