My prayers are with you all and your beautiful city and country. May God Bless you and give you streagnth. I have Loved Italy always even though I have never been able to visit. I am deeply saddened by your loss. my very best wishes as you recover.

I saw the video, and I did not see a prediction of the earthquake in it. He discusses his method, and closes by discussing the importance of the psychology, the reaction of the population to a quake. But I did not hear a prediction in this video. Perhaps there is another video of him somewhere else, but this one did not contain a prediction.
If there is a video where he predicted the earthquake, I'd be interested to know how specific he was as to the location and timing.

Hi Albi,
I think you can speak italian, since you have been able to listen to Giuliani's interview.
He's speaking in a not so clear way about a predictive way to monitor the sysmic behaviour up to 24 hours before the hearthquake.
