Trash, Garbage and land polution - this is not how to recycle!

We photographed this garbage on the side of a small country road in southern Spain. It was unbelievable, we were driving through beautiful scenery and all it sudden we came closer to a town and it seemed like that there was not a lot of recycling or garbage collection going on. We found a few of those piles of garbage.
I hope this land pollution does not become the norm now in tougher times.
