Tropical Storm Danielle Will Reach Hurricane Strength, Move Toward Bermuda

Tropical Storm Danielle is gaining strength in the Atlantic, and is expected to become a hurricane within 24 hours. NOAA modelling has Tropical Storm/Hurricane Danielle moving towards Bermuda, and bypassing Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic and the Gulf of Mexico.

Live tracking: Tropical Storm Danielle

All of the computer weather models showed the system heading northwest toward Bermuda and not toward Florida or the key oil and gas producing areas in the Gulf of Mexico.
