Tonight is expected to increase rainfall in Los Cabos, due the proximity of Tropical Storm Patricia.

Only intermittent rains have felt in both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo.

Authorities started the evacuation of families living in high risk areas, for which opened two temporary shelters in Cabo San Lucas and three in San Jose del Cabo.

The port of Cabo San Lucas remains closed to navigation, but the international airport continues its normal rhythm of operations.

It is expected that the approaching tropical storm tomorrow noon will be to 45 kilometers South of San Jose del Cabo.

In many areas of extreme poverty illegal electricity connections represents a permanent danger. So these connections will be cleared, officials said.
