Tsukiji Fish Market Fishermen

Here are some fishermen at work. This guy is doing the tedious task of cutting up this huge bluefin tuna. It's not an easy job. He needs two hands just to get through the fish's flesh. Other fishermen were using electric saws.

As you walk by, it's easy to get splashed with fish guts. You have to wear old clothes and shoes in this fish market.
