We have family sw of Taipei, near the CHI'ANG KAI-CHEK INTL AIRPORT, AND WEST CENTRAL FLATLANDS AND FOOTHILLS. WE CANNOT FIND/ OR CONTACT THEM. I AM DEAF AND ALSO HAVE MANY DEAF FRIENDS AND CANNOT CONTACT THEM EITHER!

ANY IDEAS AS TO HOW TO REACH TO FIND THEM ALL SAFE?

THANK YOU ALL, MAY THE GODS HAVE ONCE AGAIN SPARED ALL tAIWANESE FROM WHAT REAL HORRORS MAY HAVE OCCURRED!
