UST Flooded - Tropical Storm Ondoy (Ketsana) Strikes UST 
See that pile of yellow in the middle of the picture? Those used to be three huge free standing letters forming "UST". However, in the course of the day, the "U" disappeared... maybe it floated away. The "T" appears crumpled on it's side and appears destroyed. The "S" looks like it toppled over on top of the "T".
The campus of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines flooded by heavy rains produced by Tropical Storm Ondoy (or known by its international code name: Ketsana) on September 26, 2009.
