This is what everyone asks me about, if I had ever experienced the legendary not so "fresh water" lake at UST. This is the second time it happened this year. The first time it happened a couple weeks ago, I was lucky to have skipped town that day. The streets around UST were also flooded, so I guess you could say I was stranded there.
The campus of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines flooded by heavy rains produced by Tropical Storm Ondoy (or known by its international code name: Ketsana) on September 26, 2009.
