Being that this a record of events, of a Vigilante Sting I must add a couple of incidences that occurred yesterday, and that connect a few dots.   a man who supposedly managed an apartment building on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston,(1202 Commonwealth Avenue, owned by Caritas Communities also)and who was acting manager of my building, a few times when the managerwas on vacation or sick, and who dropped a twenty dollar bill on my floor, trying to bait me I assume , but which I gave back to him told me that he needed some pills, yesterday when he saw me on Essex St.. To which I replied, "Go see a doctor". When he persisted, I asked him when they were going to stop trying to set me up, and told him to take a hike, which he promptly did.
Now at one point, as acting manager, he said to me,"Be careful, I like you...".
When I didn't see him for awhile, Jose the maintenance man told me that Al had had an accident, fell off a ladder. After what tramspired yesterday, I think he may have had help falling off the ladder.
When he was acting manager, and I had a back up in my sink, I asked him to plunge it to which he replied,Just flush it with hot water." I told him that I already had, and he said,"well do it again". So, I ran the hot water, and when it started going over the top of the sink, A.L. came running from the stairway, down the hall, and shut the water off, saying that he had to get a snake, and would be back. Now, doesn't it appear
that he was watching from somewhere, saw what was happening, and knew that he couldn't let the water go all over the place?

Metaphorically Me, I think your story has potential but needs some improvement. I wasn't sure what was newsworthy in this story. Also I am not sure why this is in the environment section
