Wash Away the Sins

This was my first view of Tonsina Bay. It was hammered with oil from the Exxon Valdez Oilspill. Exxon's crews were busy trying to hose the oil off the beach. It is funny to look back on it all now as almost twenty years later we cleaned beach trash off this very spot.
