The photos are of course are of Pacific Bluefin. I wasnt aware that Mediterranean Bluefin are endangered. I might refrain from eating Pacific Bluefin also as we are just beginning to learn about the fish that we are so fond of eating. Until recently we didnt realize that many of these species are about to go the way of the buffalo.
