Will Northern Japan be evacuated, Nuclear Wasteground?

Japan has been hit by Tsunami and Eathquake, whats happening now?

Given that radiactivity has been detected in the city of Tokyo, and multiple rods are "drying out", I am thinking, that just possibly, the situation is out of control.

Many thousands have died, families split, the situation is awul, it is about to get worse. If it is true, that there is meltdown within multiple reactors of Fukushima NPP, and that the situation cannot be contained, then a huge area is likely to be irradiated for many years to come, this is no three Mile Island, this is worse.

Three Mile Island (TMI) only had one partial meltdown, Fukushima has what appears to be many, moreover Fukushima is not under control (All but essential emergency staff are now on the Fukushima NPP site), TMI was controlled through the process of partial meltdown.

Lets say three reactors melt down, and that the containment chamber of one has been breached as is now believed, Japan is such a small island that a massive area may be out of bounds, Chernobyl had a huge fire and the exclusion zone is 19 Miles, Japans may be to be 50 or even 100 Miles if multiple reactors ignite and there is fallout.

Ground water will become contaminated, radioactive clouds will move over an uncontrolled area, falling somewhere, that may not just be water, it may fall over Korea, Russia, China or even the USA.

I wrote an article 3 days ago, comments about how "It will never happen" and "The untechnical should not be commenting on such matters" became apparent, Im sorry but it doesnt take an expert to understand a bit of history and study multiple news steams to get a balanced view.

I hope for the men women and children of Japan, I hope the authorities evacuate over a wider area, because the worst is yet to come.

Argue, all you like, add your comments, but mark me general view: Japan is in big trouble, the situation is not under control, the situation is going to get worse, much of Japan will be a nuclear waste ground when the situation deteriorates in its uncontrolled state at the NPP. New settlements should be build further South in Japan, as high as possible up, it is a small island, many may want to relocate out of Japan, its unlikely Japan will rise to what it was. Nuclear Power may be the answer in some places, but has no place in Japan, massive wave and wind power generation schemes could help with jobs and assist in the regeneration in some habitable parts of Japan.

Best article on the situation I've read, and I've read a lot.  I am hoping for an absolute miracle of some type.  That is what it will take to save that whole country, and possibly the world.  Some people are saying this was H.A.A.R.P. again.  If so, that is pretty messed up.  I hope Japan remains habitable and that no massive clouds float west to Asia mainland or to the U.S.  As I said, the world needs a complete MIRACLE right now.  Nothing short of that will do.  Nothing.  Thanks again for the good article.
