7/07/10-Newark DE - Melva Dixon (46) & her mother Carolyn Butler (69) have been without Air Conditioning since Saturday in their two-bedroom apartment. Mangerment claims nothing is wrong with the air conitioner system. Special to The News Journal/SAQUAN STIMPSON
