Even the Earth must Fart

For those not familiar with Methane gases, and those who can still
keep their bellies together whilst reading our headline, it seems that
the Earth is going through a ‘farting’ phase. Don’t go away yet if you
think we’re joking! A little bit of patience is needed; we’ll give you
time to stop laughing and collect yourself……… Are you finished? LOL

To be very serious now, rather than use our headline, we could say
the Earth is releasing Methane gases at an increased rate. Now… are we
serious? OK, we’ll go ahead; we have to keep ourselves from laughing
now (chuckles). Truly, its certainly not an laughing matter but it is
the one expression that comes to mind when one reads the reports of the
release of gases from the bodies of water from various locations around
the world. Let us correct ourselves, MOSTLY from bodies of water but
also from land.

The subject of Methane gases have almost been taken up by the
paranormal folk as a paranormal activity or even a conspiracy theory
but its not a conspiracy theory ….. (pauses) unless the Earth were
conspiring, of course. But we are not Gaia theorists and scientists so
for now we will expel the theory that Earth is a living organism and
regulates itself to protect itself and we are merely ‘parasites’ or,
more positively said, ‘living beings’ as part of many that co-exist on
a greater organism, Earth...............MORE
