March 3, 2007 Indiana - A former McCutchanville volunteer firefighter has filed his intent to plead guilty to arson charges stemming from a 2005 fire at an Evansville apartment complex. Andrew D. Spalding of Newburgh was indicted by a Vanderburgh County grand jury in June 2005 on a charge of Class B felony arson. This week, he filed his intent to plead guilty to the same charge.
