May 3, 2007 New Jersey - A fast moving fire forced residents into the pouring rain and scores of people were left homeless when fire tore through their apartment complex late Tuesday evening May 2nd at 7 Rutgers Court in Belleville, destroying the entire 50' x 200' building.
